• Interior cleaning and detail
• Full detail packages

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add services at any time without prior notice.

3. Appointments & Bookings

Scheduling

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via direct message. All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a written or electronic confirmation from us.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are accepted at no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Weather Policy

Certain services (such as exterior detailing and ceramic coating) require dry conditions. If weather conditions are unsuitable on the day of your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Quoted prices are estimates and may vary based on the size, condition, and type of vehicle. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and other payment methods as listed at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes will not affect already-confirmed bookings.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results and a smooth service experience, customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed location and time.
• Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and important documents from the vehicle prior to service.
• Disclose any known pre-existing damage, stains, odors, or vehicle conditions that may affect the service.
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible (not blocked, locked, or in a restricted area).

Revive Mobile Services is not responsible for items left in the vehicle during service.

6. Pre-Existing Damage

We take care to inspect vehicles before beginning any service. However, Revive Mobile Services is not liable for pre-existing damage including but not limited to scratches, chips, dents, cracked trim, worn surfaces, or fading paint that may become more visible after cleaning or detailing. Any pre-existing concerns will be noted and communicated to the customer before work begins.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed appointment and we will work with you to make it right. Concerns raised after this window may not be eligible for a complimentary correction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive Mobile Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
